Staff was extremely rude. They implied I was fat when I asked if they had a dress in size two instead of zero

I have been a member of RTR for over three years. I finally made my first rental recently though. The catalyst for finally getting my to take the plunge was the app. It is so user-friendly and intuitive about how to service the users needs. I love the app. And, love the awesome customer service. RTR is a true gem in the fashion work. The brain child(ren) behind this company is/are genius(es). Cannot wait for my next rental.

I would recommend the website before I would tell anybody to get the app. The app is decent, but its missing really helpful info (sizing charts, etc). There are size notes, but you dont get the measurements, just general facts. Thats just an example, but the website gives so much more information that you need to take into consideration when renting clothes. I may order again (MAYBE), but I definitely wont use the app if its not updated to include more helpful information.

All these trolls need to chill. RTR has only womens clothes right now, get over it. Unlimited on the latest release is AWESOME Ive been waiting for months for it. Havent selected my shipment from the website since.

Use this for special occasions- you know you will only wear the dress once, so might as well get a higher designer for a fraction of the cost

The app constantly fails or shuts down in the middle of use, and recently after getting the update it wont let me log in or view the dresses???? Whats the point of it if I cant do those things. I even have an order that Im trying to look at but I cant because everything about them is glitched and messed up.

RTR is a top notch company. When shopping on the app, I loved how I could see what not just the model looked like in the dresses, but also regular girls. The dress I rented was beautiful and the return was so easy. I will definitely use this service again.

I rented a dress to wear to a wedding and was sent the wrong size. I contacted a stylist and was asked to pick a different dress so they could overnight it to me in time for the event. There were no dresses available in my size. A HUGE disappointment. Now I am left with nothing to wear to the wedding!! I will never use this service again and I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy!

Im on an iPhone 5s running iOS 9.3.1. RTR app crashes immediately upon attempting to open the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled and same thing happens. Im on a cellular + wifi connection.

RTR has been the best in very many circumstances. I love that it is customer led and the customer service is phenomenal! It has never let me down in the five times that I have used it. I recommend it to everyone!
