Great app! A very convenient way to shop!

The app may be seamless and easy to use, but RTR over-promises and under-delivers. I reserved my dresses and accessories months in advance, and still they managed to not have my reserved sizes in the dresses I wanted for both occasions. Never using RTR again. Beware!

I really like the idea behind this app, just ordered a dress for a near years eve party, and the app was very easy to use.

Great product awesome service big fan of them! Not a fan of the new app icon though. Doesnt stand out at all lacks color hard to find on my phone. When I saw it in the App Store I didnt know what it was.

Ive used RTR a few times and am so happy they now have an app. Its great, easy to use, love it!

I keep trying to share my favorites, but the app crashes every time.

And if something goes wrong with the app do not expect them to correct anything that goes wrong. Horrible customer service.

No inventory shows up. Even free I filter or click on on one of the collections from the launc screen, just shows an error message stating no results.

Thats all this app is capable of doing. The past week or so every time I go on the app the main page has adds for NYE still and if you try to do anything you get an error.

Loved this app, I was able to read reviews of the dresses I was looking at & order my dress in the app. I also used the chat feature because I forgot to add my discount code in my purchase and that feature worked perfectly too. The agent had it added to my order in less than 5 min

Use to work really well but now all it ever says is error try again later!! Yall need to fix it!!

It would stop crashing every time I tried to add my profile. Every. Single. Time.

This app is super user friendly and easy to use. I am an unlimited member and I love that I can choose the items I want to order and track my order without leaving the app. Its got aesthetically pleasing features and Ive come to prefer using the app over the website itself. Keep up the great work!

Thank you for creating this app! Very easy to use and I love the recommendations section. Im a mom of 2 and dont have time to shop for outfits, this solves at least one problem in my life!

The services and just as good as the app. Only wish the RTR unlimited services were also available!
