Great app and awesome company

I have been a member of RTR for over three years. I finally made my first rental recently though. The catalyst for finally getting my to take the plunge was the app. It is so user-friendly and intuitive about how to service the users needs. I love the app. And, love the awesome customer service. RTR is a true gem in the fashion work. The brain child(ren) behind this company is/are genius(es). Cannot wait for my next rental.
